Key Information!
Age Requirements
- All players must be 15 or over as of Round 1, 2025.
- Grading restrictions apply for players under 19 and under 25 in some divisions.
Practice & Grading for New Players
Dates: Saturday, April 5 | Saturday, April 12 | Saturday, April 19
Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Location: Northmead Reserve
Registration Process
- Registration will be completed online via Baseball Australia/NSW portals.
- Links will be provided by team coaches/managers.
- If you haven’t been allocated a team, contact the coordinator to be placed in a squad.
Expected Costs
Over 18 Competition Fees:
$220 + BA/BNSW capitation
(if not already paid)
Under 18 Competition Fees:
$190 + BA/BNSW capitation
(if not already paid)
Baseball Australia + Baseball NSW capitation:
Approximately $135
Uniform Costs:
Club Cap: $30
Jersey: Approx $75
(purchased from club suppliers at cost price)
Game Officials
Scorers: If a team has a registered PCBL scorer, they will be paid $25 per game by the club monthly.
Umpires: Accredited umpires are required and paid by the league. If you’re interested in umpiring, please contact the coordinator.
Competition Information
Season Start: April 26/27
Duration: 15 rounds + finals
No games on: June long weekend
Game Duration: 2-hour games
Game Times:S
- Second squad: 12:30 PM
- First squad: 2:45 PM
- Sunday games: Possible, same times if required by the league
