NSW WOMEN’S BASEBALL LEAGUE (NSWWBL) – HEAD COACH
Baulkham Hills Baseball Club is seeking Expressions of Interest for the position of Head Coach of our NSW Women’s Baseball League program. This is a key leadership role responsible for guiding both our 1st Grade and 2nd Grade women’s teams.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Head Coach will lead all aspects of the NSWWBL program, including:
- Coach and player development
- Game strategy and performance
- Recruitment and retention
- Creating a positive, competitive team environment
The successful applicant will work closely with the Club Executive Committee to deliver a program aligned with Baseball NSW pathways and standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a coaching plan across all NSWWBL teams
- Lead training sessions and game day preparation
- Oversee player development and selection processes
- Recruit and integrate players in line with club goals
- Build a strong club culture focused on discipline, teamwork, and growth
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Baseball NSW / Baseball Australia Coaching Accreditation (desirable, not essential – support provided)
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
